What to Expect
When you commission a custom item not already listed in the Shop, a 50% nonrefundable retainer is required up-front to secure your spot in the production timeline; the remining 50% is due upon completion and before delivery. Custom orders take an average of 6-8 weeks to complete. While I strive to complete projects prior to the 6 week target, this timeline is subject to change due to availability of materials, existing projects in the pipeline, and, rarely, shifting priorities.
By paying the initial invoice, you understand and agree to the following:
